energy costs

Rental prices are inclusive of energy costs from April to September. From October to March, energy costs are calculated at cost price.

Additional mandatory costs:

Tourist tax: € 1.30 per person per night 2024/2025

Deposit: € 150.00**

You will receive the deposit back after deduction of energy costs (from October to March), tourist tax and damage amount (if applicable).

Optional costs:

Lakenpakket: € 10,00 per bed.

Booking information

Booking and deposit

After submitting the completed application form, you will receive a confirmation of receipt with an invoice for the deposit as soon as possible, but no later than within 4 days. This deposit must be transferred to the specified bank account within 10 days. During these 10 days, we will reserve the holiday home for you. After receipt of payment, you will receive a final confirmation of the booking. If the deposit is not received on time, the booking will lapse and we reserve the right to rent the home to someone else.

The deposit is 30% of the total rental amount.

The remaining part of the rental amount the deposit must be transferred to our bank account no later than 6 weeks before the start of the rental period.

When the booking is made within 6 weeks before the planned rental period, you will receive an invoice for the total rental sum deposit with the confirmation of receipt. This invoice must be transferred to our bank account within 10 days, after which you will receive a final booking confirmation from us. With this booking confirmation you will also receive a key code from us; with this code you can collect the house key from the key box at the front door on the day of arrival.

Settlement and refund of deposit

From October to March: When leaving the house, you fill in the meter reading of gas and electricity on the final form. We use this to calculate the energy contribution you owe.

After checking the inventory and holiday home, we will refund the paid deposit to you. The calculated energy contribution will be deducted from the paid deposit. If we find any damage or missing inventory, we will also deduct compensation for this from the deposit.

Fixed compensation contributions apply for damage to or loss of household effects. An overview of these can be found in the guest folder.

The remaining amount of the deposit will be refunded to your bank account within one week.

Rental conditions

By submitting a booking form you confirm that you have read our rental conditions and agree to them. Cancellation conditions are part of the rental conditions.
