Booking information:

The rental price does not include tourist tax (€1.30 pp per day).

It is possible to rent a bed linen package from us for €10.00 per bed. If you do not choose this, you must bring your own bed linen package. The deposit (€150.00) and tourist tax are paid at the same time as the rent. The deposit will be refunded to your account within a week after the end of the rental period, after deduction of energy costs (Oct. to March) and any compensation for damage. After submitting this completed application form, you will receive a confirmation of receipt with invoice from us as soon as possible, but no later than within 4 days. The amount of this invoice must be transferred to the specified bank account within 10 days. During these 10 days we will keep the holiday home reserved for you. After receipt of payment, you will receive a final confirmation of the booking. If payment is not received on time, the booking will lapse and we reserve the right to rent the home to someone else.
